When I think about my great experiences with leaders in my life they have all been the silent leader types. Gaining respect through their respect. I have often times thought of how I can be such a leader. In my l classroom, social life, and my church leadership positions. I have learned that simply being the kind of person that you want others to be goes a long way. I believe when you are willing to be led that you can than truly lead others. Understanding that no matter what position a person holds that they have valuable information. Every person is a leader and when people realize that then accomplishing task amazingly become so much easier.
I love thinking of a conductor as a great leader, because all a conductor does is conduct. A conductor allows others abilities and talents to be displayed. When thinking of conductors I started to think of electrical conductors. An electrical conductor simply allows the energy to move through it freely an puts it where it needs to be. As does a great leader!
